Star yoga teacher and ''Real Men Do Yoga'' consultant Michael Lechonczak and his wife, Robin Whitney Levine, will lead a first-class yoga cruise this February 24 to March 3, on the Radisson Seven Seas Mariner. The cruise departs from and ends in Fort Lauderdale and tours the Western Caribbean, stopping in Grand Cayman and Cozumel, as well as the Florida Keys. This all-star couple will lead a morning session every day in which they will teach their own yoga method, which they call Intelligent Yoga. In addition to posture work, they will also offer a unique combination of yoga and aroma therapy--I've tried it and it's fantastic!--and daily meditations using different techniques.
